This document is quite long. We chose to
break it into chapters (see the table of contents).
Each chapter is composed of several subsections. From the table of contents
clicking on any link within a chapter, including the chapter title will
load the entire chapter, which you can then print if you wish. Clicking on a
chapter subheading will place you at that location within the chapter material.
At the end of each subsection you can choose to return to the table of contents
on this page,
jump to the next chapter, or by simply scrolling, continue to read the
current chapter.
